A landlord approached DLI Commercial to general contract this tenant fit-out which had a pre-set budget to move their office into this 4,000 sq. ft. space. We were able to meet the client’s budget while also assessing and overcoming pre-existing electrical, lighting, roofing, and HVAC issues within the building.
